Our Founder and President created Elite Flight Experience with the goal of sharing his love of personal aviation and Cirrus instruction with as many people as possible. Jeff holds a single and multi engine ATP, is a Gold Seal Flight Instructor, a Platinum CSIP in both Perspective and Avidyne systems. With many thousands of hours of flight instruction in a variety of aircraft, Jeff prides himself on tailoring his flight instruction to help you quickly achieve your aviation goals.

Kris is Elite’s chief pilot. He has a multi engine ATP, is a CSIP, and has a jet type rating. He has most recently been a part 121 Captain. Kris is a home grown talent having received his flight training at the Princeton airport. Kris is focused on servicing our growing clientele at the Jersey Shore at our Monmouth location.

Joanna Pasek
Joanna is a former airline pilot with a multi engine ATP rating. Joanna is a New Jersey aviatrix who started her flight training at the age of 18. She has trained and been based out of Newark, Princeton, Old Bridge, Sky Manor, and Monmouth. She has over 5 years of flight instructing experience and enjoys mentoring women in aviation.

Sam first earned his CFI at age 19 at Princeton Airport in 2005. Since then, he has flown more than 5000 hours in over 40 different aircraft types. He holds a multi engine ATP and currently flies the Boeing 757/767 for a major cargo airline. He has also logged 2300 hours as a Naval Aviator flying the F-18 Super Hornet, T-45C Goshawk, and most recently the C-130 Hercules. After 2400 hours of dual given in both general aviation and the military, Sam still loves sharing his passion for aviation with his students. He is excited to be back at 39N as a member of the Elite Team!

Isaac Nasar
Isaac is a commercial pilot and holds single and multi engine instructor ratings. He has experience in complex single and multi engine aircraft with most of his time in Diamond DA40, DA42, Beechcraft Bonanza, Baron, Twin Bonanza, Queen Air, and Cirrus SR20/SR22. Isaac shares his love for aviation primarily teaching at our Monmouth location.
