Booking with an instructor:
1. Check our Flight Schedule Pro schedule to view upcoming availability
2. Text/Call our reservation line at the number below to request your booking.

When texting a reservation request, please be sure to include:
- Your Name
- Booking type (Flight Instruction, Ground Instruction, Simulator)
- Airport Location
- Plane generation & model (G6 vs G7 & SR20 vs SR22)
- Requested Date
- Requested Start and End Time
3. We'll first need to confirm your requested instructor's availability, and we'll then respond to your booking request via text message during normal business hours (Thurs-Mon 9am-8pm)*. Feel free to text your booking request anytime, however we may only respond during normal business hours.
For cancellations, please include the reason for your cancellation. If you would like to reschedule, provide the new requested date and times.
EXISTING CLIENTS: AIRPLANE RENTALs
Book your next Cirrus airplane rental:
1. Check Flight Schedule Pro to confirm your desired flight time is available.
2. Text/Call our reservation line below to request your booking.

After your flight:
1. Take a photo of the HOBBS and FLIGHT meter in the center console.
2. Text the number below to report your rental time

- Airplane Tail Number
NOTE: For your protection against being over-charged, and to ensure your flight time is accurate, it's always a good idea to photograph the flight and hobbs meters before starting the engine.)
3. Your payment method on file will be charged (unless you request we use a different payment method), and an invoice will be emailed to you. Credit card charges will incur a 3.5% transaction fee.
NEW CLIENTs: airplane Rentals (CIRRUS transition completed)
We honor Cirrus Transition certificates completed with other Cirrus Training Partners.
New clients (with Cirrus Transition completed), please contact us using the Messaging Button in the lower right corner of any webpage. Don't have your transition training done? No problem! At Elite, we can help you transition into our G6 or G7 Cirrus planes so you can get in the sky. Just let us know.

- Completed Cirrus Transition model and Differences Courses completed.

NOTE: All Cirrus-transitioned pilots must fly with one of our instructors (approximately 1 hour) prior to renting an aircraft with us. We require proof of your completed Cirrus Transition training (certificate) and any applicable Differences Course certificate(s) prior to your flight with one of our instructors.
