Pilot-N-Paws Promotion

WHAT:  As we start to think about all of our end of the year events coming up, Elite Flight Experience would like you to think about helping out in animal rescue this year.  It is a little known fact, but year-end is known as “euthanasia season” in veterinary and shelter medicine as many people abandon their dogs (or worse) to make way for new pets, or to lessen the burden of travel on the holidays.  We would like to help do our part by assisting in the transportation of as many pets as possible to their new, forever homes, in conjunction with Pilots N Paws (PNP).   As part of this promotion, we are offering free flight instruction from one of our Airline transport pilot (ATP) rated CFIs on a pilots-n-paws rescue flight in one of our aircraft (you will be responsible to pay the rental cost of the aircraft), or we can provide you with one of our ATP rated CFIs at a discounted rate if you own your own airplane you would like to use.   You can use this flight to not only save a dog or cat from an untimely end, but also move closer to your aviation goals (transition to a beautiful new Cirrus G6, get a higher rating, etc).  In addition, since Pilots N Paws is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, you may be able to write off the flight for tax purposes ( please consult your tax advisor, we are not providing any tax advice😁  

HOW:  You will need to sign up at www.pilotsnpaws.org and get an account.  Pick a rescue flight you would like to make (they are updated throughout the day, so check back often) check our availability and sign up there and at Elite.   Our flight instructor can help you with flying longer cross countries, night flights, or in navigating in demanding weather conditions.  Make the trip.  Take a happy tails picture if you desire and send us flight to freedom update if you would like to be noted publicly.  We will track how many flights and animals are rescued, and hope to set new records each year.   

WHEN:  Your flight must be completed in November or December to receive the promotional rates.  Of course, we encourage you to continue your efforts all year round.   

WHERE:  Elite Flight Experience is located at the Princeton Airport (39N).  Our office is located on the second floor of the FBO. We fly new Cirrus aircraft for training as well as a DA42 for multi training.    Look for our staff members in their yellow shirts!    

WHY:  Do you ever really need a reason to want to go flying?  Rescuing animals and getting a tax write-off are just great side benefits!    We hope to see as many you as possible help out in this event.  We are very excited about it as we are really passionate pet lovers, as we know so many of you are.  We really are counting on you to take some time out of your busy year-end schedules and get involved.
