DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE
David joined Elite Flight in 2023 as the Director of Maintenance and played a pivotal role in building our maintenance shop from the ground up. As a Cirrus Certified Technician with Inspector Authorization (IA), he brings exceptional expertise and dedication to every aircraft he works on.
David began his aviation career as an Army Black Hawk crew chief and
later expanded his experience across multiple platforms, including
Agusta 119/139 helicopters, commercial airliners, and general aviation aircraft—where Cirrus has become his specialty. He continues to broaden his skills across the GA fleet.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience, David is committed to ongoing growth. He regularly attends training programs and has earned advanced certifications in areas such as Advanced Avionics and Structural Repair.
David’s passion for excellence and continuous learning makes him a vital part of our team and the high-quality service we provide.

Dena is our Floor Lead Technician. She graduated AIM-Philadelphia in 2021. Before moving into GA maintenance, Dena worked for the commercial airlines. She has since attended multiple Cirrus training programs becoming a Cirrus Certified Technician with an Aerospace Painting certification.

Matt received his A&P license in February 2024. Previously, he worked as a C130 Crew Chief in the Air Force. Matt is also a licensed pilot. His attention to detail and love for aviation has allowed him to excel quickly in the field.
